Return Period

Conditions for Returns

• Complete with all components and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products;
• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery;
• Opened maintenance products, lubricants, or consumables.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@bytovedekorace.online with:
   • Your order number;
   • A brief explanation for the return;
   • Photos of the item, if applicable.
2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after we receive the return.
• Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
